Physical Therapy

The Subacute Rehabilitation Programs at Westchester Gardens are designed to provide intensive rehabilitative services for those having a recent hospital stay and who no longer need acute level interventions.

The setting for this program is a unique, self-contained unit with a specific entrance located on the south side of our building, next to Mease Countryside Hospital.

Our subacute programs encourage independence and dignity, as well as emotional success that enhances recovery.
